We are titan

Titan Electrical Services of Southwest Florida is a full service electrical contractor. We specialize in projects from residential electrical services to large scale commercial projects, and everything in-between.

Our Mission

Founded in 2014 by Master Electrician Todd Fetzner (EC13006433), Titan Electrical Services of Southwest Florida is a full service electrical contractor.

Todd Fetzner

Chief Operating Officer – Co Founder – Master Electrician

Todd Fetzner has been married to his high school sweetheart, Trish, since 1989. Together, they have built a close-knit family with three children: a daughter, Jessica, and two sons, Joshua and Jacob. Todd’s background is rooted in service and commitment; he sp ent a decade in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served as an Artillery Operations Chief and Drill Instructor. His years in the Marines instilled in him a strong work ethic, discipline, and leadership skills, which he carried with him into civilian life.

In 2014, Todd and Trish co-founded Titan Electrical Services, fulfilling their shared dream of creating a family business centered on integrity and quality service. Over the years, Titan Electrical Services has grown into a respected and trusted company, largely due to their Team’s expertise and dedication. A Florida State Certified Master Electrician, Todd brings extensive knowledge and professionalism to every project.
Their sons, Josh and Jacob, followed in their father’s footsteps, becoming Florida State Certified Master Electricians and key members of the Titan Electrical team. Together, the family runs the business with a commitment to excellence and a strong sense of teamwork, ensuring that the values of hard work, trust, reliability and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything they do.

Trish Fetzner

Chief Executive Officer – Co Founder

Trish Fetzner is the co-founder of Titan Electrical Services of SWFL LLC, a thriving company she founded in 2014 with her husband of 35 years, Todd Fetzner. Together, they have cultivated a strong, successful business built on dedication, hard work, and a shared commitment to excellence. Throughout their journey, Trish and Todd have raised three wonderful children and are blessed with six awesome grandchildren, who continue to be a source of joy and inspiration in their lives.

Trish’s entrepreneurial journey is shaped by her unique life experiences. She and Todd traveled across the country during his time serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, where Trish embraced a life of resilience, adaptability, and perseverance. These experiences gave her invaluable insights into the importance of community, support, and teamwork—values she continues to carry with her in both her personal and professional life.

With over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management, Trish has honed her skills as a strategic leader and problem-solver. She is adept at navigating businesses through both prosperous times and challenging circumstances, always maintaining a steady hand and a focus on long-term growth. Her leadership is defined by her ability to build strong relationships, create efficient processes, and inspire those around her to achieve their best.
Beyond her professional expertise, Trish is deeply passionate about helping others. Her commitment to supporting her community and empowering those around her is evident in her work and in the personal connections she fosters. Whether it’s mentoring others or contributing to local initiatives, Trish has built a reputation as someone who genuinely cares about the well-being of others. Her efforts continue to be instrumental in the growth and success of Titan Electrical Services, making her a respected figure both in business and in the community.

Josh Fetzner

Vice President of Commercial Construction – Master Electrician

Josh Fetzner has been an essential member of the Titan Electrical Services team since 2014, playing a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success. As a Florida State Master Electrical Contractor, Josh brings a wealth of experience to the table, with a particular emphasis on the Commercial Construction sector. His deep technical knowledge, combined with his innovative mindset, allows him to tackle complex projects with a creative approach. Josh is known for challenging the status quo and thinking outside the box, which drives the company to achieve results that consistently exceed expectations.
With an uncanny ability to work with numbers and an eye for detail, Josh has a remarkable talent for optimizing efficiency, managing resources, and driving profitability. His commitment to excellence goes far beyond the norm, as he continually pushes boundaries to elevate both the business and the team around him. Josh’s ability to identify opportunities for improvement, overcome obstacles, and lead by example has made him an indispensable asset to Titan Electrical Services.

Outside of his professional life, Josh is a devoted family man. He is married to his college sweetheart, Samantha, and together they share their lives with their beloved “Choco Lab,” Paisley, who brings them joy and companionship. Family, love, and adventure are at the heart of everything Josh does. When he’s not leading his team at Titan Electrical Services, Josh enjoys high-adrenaline outdoor activities like dirt bike and four-wheeler riding, where he can connect with nature and fuel his passion for adventure and exploration.
Josh’s unique blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and unwavering commitment to excellence makes him a valuable asset not only to Titan Electrical Services but also to his community. He continues to inspire those around him, fostering an environment of growth, achievement, and success.

Jacob Fetzner

Vice President of Residential Construction – Master Electrician

Jacob Fetzner is a valued and integral member of the Titan Electrical Services family, having been with the company since its founding in 2014. As a Florida State Master Electrician, Jacob brings not only expertise but also a deep passion for his work, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the business. Throughout his career at Titan Electrical, Jacob has worked in various positions within the company, gaining hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business. This well-rounded approach has allowed him to develop a unique perspective, which enables him to contribute to the company’s continued success from multiple angles.
Jacob is the youngest son of Co-Founders Todd and Trish Fetzner, and his upbringing was strongly influenced by his father, a U.S. Marine who instilled in him the values of hard work, dedication, and always giving 100% effort in everything he does. These principles have become the foundation of Jacob’s work ethic and are evident in his approach to both his professional and personal life.
Jacob is married to his wife, Norida Fetzner, and together they have three beautiful children. Family is at the core of Jacob’s life, and he values every moment spent with them. When he’s not working, Jacob enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, camping, ATV and dirt bike riding, and canoeing. These activities provide him with the chance to unwind and reconnect with nature.
A passionate advocate for innovation, Jacob is always on the lookout for the latest advancements in technology. He believes that in order to stay ahead in today’s fast-paced world, it’s essential to continuously grow and improve one’s understanding of new technologies. This mindset is not only applied to his work at Titan Electrical but also in all aspects of his life. Jacob is dedicated to embracing innovation, ensuring that he and his company stay at the forefront of industry advancements.

Carolee Pierce

Controller

Carolee Pierce serves as the Controller at Titan Electrical Services of SWFL, LLC, a role she has held since 2021. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. Her leadership has played a pivotal role in the company’s continued success and growth by providing valuable insights to guide strategic decision-making within the organization.

Prior to her current position, Carolee held various accounting roles over twenty plus years at a firm dedicated to worker safety in hazardous conditions. That experience allowed her to hone her skills in audit and tax support, financial reporting, and staff development. Her tenure allowed her to cultivate a deep understanding of financial practices and regulations, making her a trusted resource for her colleagues and management. Carolee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, which has provided her with a solid foundation for her successful career.
Carolee resides in Pittsburgh, PA, with her husband, Mark, and their four children: Kaylee, James, McKenna, and Jackson. Balancing her career and family life, Carolee exemplifies the importance of commitment both at work and at home.

Jessica Kausalik

Human Resource Manager

With a passion for people and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment, Jessica brings a wealth of experience to the role of HR Manager. She joined Titan Electrical Services in 2020, initially starting as a Service Manager before transitioning to Senior Project Coordinator. In 2024, Jessica was promoted to HR Manager, where she now leads efforts in shaping company culture, employee engagement, and talent development.

Before joining Titan Electrical Services, Jessica spent 13 years in business management at a small family-owned business, where she honed her skills in operations, team leadership, and customer relations. Her diverse background enables her to understand the challenges of running a business while prioritizing the needs of the people who make it thrive.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years and their daughter, who is currently attending college. Balancing family life with a career is something she values deeply, and she is dedicated to creating a workplace that supports both professional and personal growth for all employees.

Mark Kausalik

Chief Estimator

Mark Kausalik has been with Titan Electrical since 2019, serving as an Electrical Project Estimator. With a strong background in sales and business management, Mark brings a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership to his role. Prior to joining Titan, he played a key role in running a family business for eight years, where he developed a deep understanding of operations and project management.

Before that, Mark worked as a Lighting Sales Representative, covering much of the state of Florida, which allowed him to build valuable industry experience and relationships. In addition to his sales and management experience, Mark has a keen interest in Low Voltage and IT systems, broadening his technical skill set and enabling him to offer a holistic approach to electrical project estimation.
Outside of work, Mark has been happily married to his best friend for 20 years, and together they are proud parents of a daughter who is currently attending Jacksonville University.
